SEPHORA DAY. I was determined to make my very first purchase at Sephora today. After longingly looking at beautifully expensive eyeshadows and blushes for months, I came in armed today with a $15 dollar gift certificate for Beauty Insiders and was DETERMINED to get at least ONE thing that I had been lusting for.
Unfortunately, I was so EXHAUSTED from shopping all day and carrying around this huge giveaway red tote filled with bags from half a dozen stores and I was completed overwhelmed by the choices! (even though I tried to prepare myself with ideas the night before)
Luckily an awesome assistant came to my rescue and showed me a bunch of COOL fun palettes and sets that were reasonably priced and she wasn't at ALL pushy. In the end I chose Urban Decays Ammo Shadow Box.
I was thinking longingly of the Book of Shadows like I saw on Pursebuzz, but it was all sold out that morning!
Sigh....But anywho! I LOVE almost every color in the palette I bought.
Especially Smog, Last Call and Mildew (ew they have such weird names though xp)
You'll have to excuse the crappiness of the pictures x.x I still can't find the memory chip to my digital so this is my cellie x_x
I also bought a combo Eyelash Curler and Lash Comb/Brush! It's plastic so my eyes wont get shocked by cold metal anymore! And it's uber comfortable for my eye shape as well!
So tally of the day:
I got my hubby three presents and I'll probably look for more in the following month.
I got him a pretty blue crew neck gap shirt, a DVD (brother's grimm), and another DVD Family Guy/American Dad Christmas Special.
I also got his mom a turtle neck, and his sister a bath set on sale!
My dad also got a crew neck shirt (deep gray) and I bought a clinique eye set for Jackie! (hopefully she doesn't stumble upon this...>.<)
Still got a ways to go though, but I'm very satisfied with how today went!
Now off to bed as my everything is exhausted! Chao~
